Where I get involved
Software quality
Testing can be busy and still leave the important questions unanswered: what is covered, what is exposed, and what evidence actually supports confidence. The work can include test strategy and planning, risk coverage, QA governance and the quality evidence used in release decisions.
Release governance
Go/no-go gets difficult when readiness is spread across dashboards, defects, dependencies and assumptions that surface late. I work on readiness criteria, risk acceptance, dependencies and decision records, including focused readiness reviews ahead of fixed-date or high-risk releases.
Technical delivery
Cross-team delivery tends to fail in the joins: dependencies, sequencing, environments and decisions without a clear owner. I work on making those dependencies, sequencing constraints, environment needs and ownership explicit before they become release blockers.
A first engagement can be a focused review or advisory piece around a live quality, release or delivery problem, with hands-on support where it is useful.

Andreea Vitan
Null:Expected is my independent consultancy for software quality, release governance and technical delivery. The perspective behind it comes from enterprise QA and release work where several teams share a release, defects become governance decisions, and fixed dates, regulation and incomplete information are normal.
That work has included multi-squad QA leadership, enterprise release governance and defect management. I focus on the parts that need judgement: test strategy, release readiness, risk, dependencies and the decisions around them. The writing is where I examine the same problems without the meeting invite.
